Woot

Missed a week at the gym partially because I was sick as a dog early last week but also because of family obligations that couldn't be postponed (it happens). Got back in there this week - worked it hard, stepped on the scale expecting the worst -- Only to find that I've lost almost 10 pounds since my last weigh-in.
Go me.

Dust on the Treadmill

Much like many of my previous workout plans, I kinda got away from being a part of this blog more than I should have. At the same time, double posting seems kinda lame -- so here's the latest update, if you need it.
