I lost ten pounds, I
gained it back, I got back in the gym and hustled, then I basically missed about a week and a half where I ate a bunch of crap and dealt with a ton of stress. I knew I had to get back on the horse, but I was honestly dreading the weigh-in.
I stepped on the scale, waited for the needle to settle, and checked it out:243
It's not really progress of any kind, because I should really be a lot farther along at this point. But I was honestly surprised at the number.
I've managed to somehow lose 7 pounds in the last two weeks.
